Delivery
Delivery to the UK is generally within 7 working days.
Delivery to US/Europe is around 10 to 14 working days however this is dependant on your countries postal service and can vary.

Payments
We accept online payments by debit/credit card via Paypal's Secured SSL payment system, and of course personal or business cheques (please allow an extra 7 days in the delivery process for the cheque to clear) just select your desired option during the checkout process.

Returns
Most products* carry a 30 day money back guarantee, We are unable to offer sale or return on wholesale orders.

*Sorry but due to hygiene and safety reasons we are unable to refund or exchange some items such as earrings and body jewellery.
